Banloc Baptist Church had its first service in the new building on the Thursday night while we were there. This picture was taken earlier that afternoon after we had cleaned all of the debris off of the floor. The rows of seats were loaned to the church for the evening by the local village community hall. As you can see here, the ramp had been removed by this point. The lower doorway at the center of the back wall was later filled by the baptistry. The four foot strip of sunlight on the right side of the back wall shows how much roofing was left to be finished at the peak.
