Cafe-au-Lait Chocolate Chip Bars
1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 egg or egg substitute
1/2 cup cold coffee
1/2 cup pourable Sugar Twin or Sprinkle sweet
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat to 350. Spray 9*9 pan with cooking spray. Combine margarine, sour cream, and egg. Stir in coffee and Sugar Twin. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix gently just to combine. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Place cake pan on a wire rack and cool completely. Cut into 16 bars.

This were great also. I hate sugar substitutes and used regular sugar instead. That ups the calorie content, but not the fat. If you use sugar, the conversion is identical so just use 1/2 cup of sugar. We also sprinkled powdered sugar on top to make them look pretty on the plate, chocolate syrup would have dressed it up a little too, but they were very good. If you like coffee flavor, make sure you make the coffee really strong, I could hardly taste it. Strangely enough, these tasted even better on the second day
