Sausage Pizza

15 ounces tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound sausage -- browned and drained
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 pound frozen bread dough

Allow time to thaw and let the dough rise. Prepare Pizza dough according to directions on package.

Sauté garlic in Pam for about 30 seconds. Add tomato sauce, sugar and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Spread sauce on pizza and add cheeses and sausage.

Bake 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes.

NOTES : You can, of course, use chicken sausage or other toppings to lower the fat content on this pizza. To keep the entire meal below 30% fat, I will usually eat a salad along with the pizza.
