Strawberry Cobbler

20 ounces frozen strawberries
3/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup margarine
Preheat to 300 degrees.
Thaw strawberries in 3/4 cup water. Mash strawberries in water and add 1 cup of
sugar; set aside.
Mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and milk.
Pour melted margarine into 9 X 13 glass dish. Pour in flour mixture. Pour
Strawberry mixture on top. Bake 1 hour or until set.
