Turkey Meatloaf

1 pound ground Turkey
1/2 cup catsup
10 crackers -- crushed
1/2 bell pepper -- chopped
2 teaspoons seasonings -- (Montreal Grill Mates)
1 egg
1/4 cup catsup -- for topping
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix thoroughly all ingredients and place into a loaf pan that has been sprayed
with Pam. Top with remaining catsup and Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTES : This is nearly 40% in fat so be sure to serve with some low fat side
dishes. We like to eat toast with fat free butter spray, artichokes, and corn.
That takes the meal down to about 20% fat!
Make this with ground chicken and lower the fat automatically to 32%.
