The (short) story:

After my friend Andrew's wedding in Huntsville, Alabama (USA), I asked Miki to come with me to Monte Sano State Park to take some pictures of us while we were dressed up. She didn't expect anything until I showed her the ring, at which time I got down on my knee and asked her to marry me. She was so happy that she cried. Somewhere in the middle of 'boo' and 'hoo', she said YES. :)
